I am an Integrative Trauma-Specialist Psychotherapist, Healer, Systemic Constellator and Holistic Practitioner. I support those who have experienced trauma, have family or relational issues or those who are highly sensitive, intuitive or hyper-aware. 

In my sessions, I incorporate evidence based tools such as EMDR, Havening Techniques®️, Deep Brain Reorienting & Internal Family Systems Therapy that help people to overcome experiences that have sidetracked them and connect to the world in a safe and supportive way again. These sessions help you transform limiting beliefs and overcome emotional concerns, intergenerational trauma, current, accumulated life wounds and distress patterns. I use many safe and supportive holistic therapies, drawing on skills in Family Systemic Constellations, Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, Energy healing, Reiki, Energy Psychology and more.
